Self Service Troubleshooting Tips
  1. Under Advanced Options, make sure "Local Client" is selected.  Change this selection only if instructed to do so by the GOC Service Desk.
  2. When you see the following error: "ERROR: The supplied credentials were invalid. Please try again or contact your system administrator for help"

    A. Enter the passcode again after the number changes, then click "Login."
    B. If solution "A " does not work close all Internet Explorer browsers, then open a new browser window and try to login again.
    C. If solution "B" does not work please contact the GOC Service Desk at 1-866-289-3571 or
    304-231-2600.

  3. If you have Internet Explorer 7.0 or higher you may need to upgrade the Citrix software on your computer.  You can run that install by clicking here: Update Your Citrix Software
  4. NOTE: If the Service Desk Analyst requests that you login to Live Meeting to further troubleshoot your problem, please go to: Orrick Service Desk Support via Live Meeting (only when requested by a Service Desk Analyst)

How do I increase the size of the Citrix display window?

    1. Once you have logged in, you will see the Applications window. At the top of that window is a grey horizontal bar with 3 icons located on the right side. Click the middle icon to "customize the user interface."

    2. The Settings Index window will appear. Select "Connection Preferences" and the Settings Connection Preferences window will appear. Here you change the size of the Citrix display as shown below:

    3. To return to the Applications window, click on the first icon on the Settings window.
