There is no “set” expiration term for non-disclosure agreements and various forms are all over the map between a set expiration and no term. Because of the limits of trade secret law, if any part of the information to be disclosed is a trade secret, it’s best to require that the receiving party maintain the confidentiality of the trade secret until the information no longer constitutes a trade secret.
