Restricted Stock Purchase Agreement

A Restricted Stock Purchase Agreement, or RSPA, is an agreement evidencing the purchase of stock in a company that is subject to vesting. Often founders and pre-seed employees receive their initial equity grants in a company pursuant to RSPAs.
