We hosted a Founder Legal Boot Camp in Munich in 2024 for the first time. With more than 100 participants on site and lots of positive feedback, the event had been a complete success.
In 2025, we will once again bring the FLBC to Munich, together with TUM Venture Labs and in cooperation with RWTH Innovation and WHU Entrepreneurship Center.
We share lessons learned from working with countless start-ups and focus on, amongst others: founder equity split, setting-up the company, start-up financing, employee participation programs, tax pitfalls as well as data privacy, IP and employment law must haves – augmented by additional workshops on topics such as U.S./German holding structures/flips, university spin-outs, and legal aspects to be considered when creating AI business models.
