In order to fight against wage inequalities between women and men, article L. 1142-8 of the labor code makes it compulsory for all companies with at least 50 employees to calculate their gender equality index, out of 100.
As every year, Orrick has analyzed the situation within the firm, based on the indicators defined by law, and publishes the results.
