PLI New YorkPlease join Orrick partners Rob Stern and Mike Delikat on June 6 for PLI's Internal Investigations 2019 seminar, where Rob will be serving as co-chair of the program and Mike will be presenting. This seminar will review the fundamentals of conducting an effective and efficient investigation, and is designed for individuals responsible for corporate investigations: inside and outside counsel, internal auditors, compliance officers, forensic accountants and other experts who handle internal investigations, and government attorneys.
Mike will be presenting on the “Commencing the Internal Investigation: Considerations at the Outset" panel, which will examine the questions that must be asked at the beginning of any internal investigation. Rob will be leading the panel “Conducting the Internal Investigation,” which will discuss the considerations, processes, and procedures that go behind an effective internal investigation, as well as the privilege issues and ethical traps in doing so.
