2021 P3 Government Conference

Join Orrick partner Young Lee and senior associate Matthew Neuringer at the 2021 P3 Government Conference. Matthew will be speaking on Wednesday, December 8 during the “The Impact of Inequitable Risk Allocation Practices and the Opportunity to Do Better” panel. The panel will discuss the ongoing effort of AIAI’s Risk Working Group to address the market challenges and inefficiencies associated with risk transfer and build a consensus on terms and core risk allocation principles as they set out to proactively address the growing concerns around the inequity of risk transfer. The panelists include Steve DeWitt (Senior Vice President at ACS), Jensen Clarke (Director and Head of P3 Business Development at Fengate) and John Medina (Vice President – Senior Analyst at Moody’s).

The P3 Government Conference is the premier project delivery conference, bringing together over 600 industry leaders and representatives of local, state and federal agencies.
