Young Lee to speak at the upcoming US P3 Forum 2022

Young Lee, partner, will moderate a panel discussion on the “495 Express Lanes Northern Extension P3 Project” on Tuesday, September 13 at 11:30 a.m. ET at Infralogic’s US P3 Forum 2022. which will take a deep dive into the Capital Beltway Express Lanes Northern Extension Project with the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT).  The panel will also focus on the successes, including lessons learned and the advantages of strategic partnerships. Speakers include Michael Discenza and Amanda Baxter of Transurban and Commissioner Stephen Birch of VDOT.

Young and the Orrick team advised Transurban in the US$660 Project NEXT P3 extending the existing I-495 Express Lanes by 2.5 miles towards Maryland, thereby easing congestion, enhancing safety and reducing local neighborhood traffic.

Orrick partners Vincent Casey, Matthew Neuringer and Victoria Boyne will also be in attendance.

The US P3 Forum brings together developers, investors and government agencies to discuss how P3s and infrastructure industry is entering a new era. The event will cover where the P3 markets are going to be, which states, cities and municipalities will offer the best opportunities and how the market will continue its evolution, as the public sector continues to embrace the benefits of P3s.
