Orrick has partnered with Brex, the first corporate card specifically designed to help startups qualify based on funding rather than credit history. Founded in 2017, Brex delivers corporate cards quickly, easily and with higher limits than traditional corporate cards. It also offers a rewards program that provides greater points earned and points back for services and products startups use regularly to fuel growth.
“Brex utilizes technology to navigate the financial obstacles that typically prevent early stage companies from leveraging credit card services. Coupled with their unique perks, they’ve designed a modern corporate card that stands out from the rest,” said John Bautista, a partner in Orrick’s Technology Companies Group. “We’re excited to partner with Brex to enable many of our early stage clients, including companies that have recently completed the Y Combinator program, pay for legal services using Brex.”
