Orrick Adds Tech Company Employment Advisor in SoCal

• Christina Bouchot has joined the firm as an employment partner based in Southern California.
• She focuses on counseling tech companies on their employment strategies, including in M&A and other transactions.
• Christina is one of 23 lateral partners Orrick has added to our holistic tech platform since the beginning of 2021 in 11 offices globally.
• She joins from Goodwin Procter.
• Orrick also announced today the addition to its SoCal team of Caroline Cherkassky, who advises founders, high growth tech companies and venture capital funds.

Christina brings a deep understanding of the employment needs of tech companies as they scale. While she focuses on counseling, she draws on experience as an employment litigator to help clients mitigate risk.
