Orrick acted as advisor to Eurus Energy Holdings Corporation (“Eurus Energy”), one of the largest wind power generation companies in Japan, in the transfer of all membership shares of its subsidiary, Eurus Energy Seto LLC, which oversees the 8MW Eurus Seto Wind Farm in Ehime Prefecture in Japan, to Yonden Engineering Co., Inc. , which is in charge of construction, maintenance, and periodic inspection of power generation and substation facilities owned by the Shikoku Electric Power Group in Shikoku and throughout Japan.
The Orrick team advising Eurus Energy was led by partners Minako Wakabayashi and Yuko Inui, with close support provided by Tokyo Energy team members Kentaro Shoji and Gohshun Kawamura.
