Earthshot Labs, a company that has developed a climate mitigation platform designed to promote ecological restoration at a planetary scale, has raised $5.5 million in a Series A financing.

Earthshot Labs provides a platform for developing and financing nature-based carbon projects. It brings scientific rigor to carbon markets, supporting land stewards and making nature an investable asset class.
The company uses artificial intelligence and other tools to develop and finance nature-restoration and conservation projects, using carbon credits as a main financing mechanism.
Mike Sullivan led the Orrick team that advised Earthshot Labs. The team also included Rebecca Vastola and Michelle Dold.
