P3 Awards: Orrick Named “Legal Advisor of the Year”

Orrick has been named “Legal Advisor of the Year” at the P3 Awards 2024, hosted by P3 Bulletin to recognize innovative and transformative infrastructure projects in the Americas.

The distinction honors an Orrick energy and infrastructure team that advises sponsors, governmental agencies, investors and lenders on alternative delivery projects, including:

A $965 million project in New York to make 13 subway stations ADA-compliant.
A $235 million plan to build a Central Energy Hub at Henry Ford Health in Detroit as part of a broader $2.2 billion hospital campus expansion.
Ardian’s acquisition of CampusParc, the concessionaire that manages, operates, and maintains the parking facilities at The Ohio State University’s flagship campus in Columbus, Ohio.
The acquisition by VINCI Highways, a subsidiary of VINCI Concessions, of a company that holds the P3 concession contract for Denver’s Northwest Parkway, an eight-mile section of Denver’s ring road.

Additionally, Orrick advised on several projects that received recognition, including the Pennsylvania Major Bridges P3 Project. Orrick’s Infrastructure team represented the sponsor consortium in connection with the development and financial close of that project.
