Orrick Represents TouchTunes in Searchlight Capital Deal

Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP advised digital jukebox producer, distributor and servicer TouchTunes Interactive Networks, Inc. in connection with the pending acquisition of a controlling interest in TouchTunes by funds managed by Searchlight Capital Partners, L.P. TouchTunes' senior management team will continue to be a significant shareholder in the business.

TouchTunes, headquartered in New York City, is the largest in-venue interactive music and entertainment platform, resident in over 71,000 bars and restaurants across North America and Europe. It is also a leading digital out-of-home advertising platform providing brands the opportunity to target consumers with highly relevant ads and other promotions while in-venue.
