Trudie is a member of Orrick's Energy and Infrastructure team.

Trudie focuses her practice on project financing, joint ventures and project development in the renewable energy sector. Trudie represents clients in a wide variety of transactions, including debt and tax equity financing, joint ventures, project development matters, and project acquisitions and sales.

  • A multinational energy company (U.S.) in a joint venture to develop, construct and own a green waste-to-hydrogen production facility in Richmond, California.

    Primergy in the development financing, construction financing and sale of a minority stake in the US$1.2 billion 690 MW solar + 380 MW storage Gemini project outside of Las Vegas, Nevada.

    A developer in a tax equity financing and back-leverage financing that were part of a six project portfolio, consisting of 2.3 GWdc of late-stage solar projects with 1.8 GWh of storage.

    An international utility in a sale of a minority stake in a portfolio of operating wind projects in the United States.
