    April Xiaoyi Xu obtained her J.D. from Harvard in 2021 and began her legal career clerking in federal court. With dual licenses in New York and Texas, April has a broad range of litigation experience. She has represented clients in the technology and energy sectors. Prior to Orrick, she worked at another international law firm's New York office, primarily representing technology sector clients in cross-border intellectual property disputes.
