Will's experience includes applications for injunctive relief and third-party disclosure orders, and claims for deceit, fraudulent misrepresentation, and unlawful means conspiracy.
William also has a depth of experience in shareholder and trusts litigation, having acted for corporations, shareholders, trustees and beneficiaries in high value disputes across multiple jurisdictions, including a leading role in the frequently cited cases of Singh vs. Singh, and Re Edwardian Group Limited.
William's involvement in Pro Bono work around the world has included high profile projects such as the negotiation of the UN Arms Treaty, the development of refugee law in Tanzania, and assisting victims of crypto fraud in the United Kingdom.

She also builds strong partnerships and networks with these clients and other partners such as law centres, academic institutions, government institutions and UN agencies to collaboratively develop high impact pro bono projects that use the law, policy and advocacy as tools for social change and development in the areas of human rights, conservation, rule of law and access to justice.
Amy also leads on the further development of the impact finance and social enterprise pro bono practice across the international offices, facilitating legal services to clients seeking to achieve positive social and environmental impact alongside financial returns.

Adele has advised clients on a wide range of cybersecurity and data privacy matters. Adele has a particular interest in online safety requirements for companies and has advised clients in relation to the Age Appropriate Design Code, Video Sharing Platforms requirements and the Online Safety Bill.
Before joining Orrick, Adele worked for two years on a global investigation into allegations of fraud, bribery and corruption, resulting in settlements with the UK Serious Fraud Office, French Parquet National Financier, U.S. Department of Justice and U.S. Department of State.
Prior to her work in private practice, Adele practiced at the independent Bar for five years. She has experience in prosecuting and defending in a wide range of criminal law cases and has developed a practice focusing on fraud, white collar crime and regulatory law. Adele has conducted secondments with the Serious Fraud Office and Crown Prosecution Service on high profile banking fraud cases, as well as internships with the International Criminal Court and the New York State Division of Human Rights.
Adele has obtained the Certified Information Privacy Professional - Europe (CIPP/E) designation from the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
