Inbound investments in Europe: The role of Italy in the market radar

This event marked the premiere launch of the report “Inward bound. Inbound M&A into the EU”, published by MergerMarket.

In 2015 Mergermarket surveyed 250 senior-level executives, drawn from 175 corporates and 75 private equity firms based outside of the EU, all of who had recently conducted an acquisition within the EU.

The event focused on subjects connected to Europe’s FDI attractiveness, the future challenges of the old continent and the trend of the M&A sector in Italy.
