Orrick’s Restructuring team is ranked #1 on The Deal’s Bankruptcy Law Firm Power List for Q1 2019, marking a jump of six spots from the year-end 2018 list. The team also ranked #6 on the Out-of-Court Law Firms for Creditors Power List.
The Deal has consistently included Orrick’s Restructuring practice in the top ten bankruptcy legal advisor rankings since 2015.
The Restructuring team’s deals have already been repeatedly recognized for excellence and innovation this year. Global MA Network named the Takata Corporation restructuring and sale the Cross Border Turnaround of the Year – Large and the Seadrill Ltd. restructuring the Cross Border Turnaround of the Year – Mega. M&A Advisor awarded the restructuring of the Lombard Public Facilities Corporation the Refinancing Deal of the Year and the Takata restructuring the Restructuring Deal of the Year (over $5 billion). The Takata restructuring was also shortlisted by IFLR Asia-Pacific for Restructuring Deal of the Year.
