Orrick has advised French artificial intelligence startup AnotherBrain on its €19 million Series A, bringing its total capital raised to €35 million. AnotherBrain's fundraising is among the largest Series A of the past year in France. The round was led by public and private investors, including SEB Alliance, Robinson Technologies and Laurent Dassault, and included existing shareholders Alpha Intelligence Capital, Daphni and Cathay Capital.
The Orrick Paris team advising AnotherBrain was led by Olivier Edwards and included Caroline Pucel, Olivier Vuillod, Léa Fiorenza and Francois Lagoutte.
