Partner Lynne Hermle has again been named to the Daily Journal’s Top Labor and Employment Lawyers in California list.
The publication profiled Lynne’s leadership representing companies in a variety of high-profile litigation involving gender discrimination, pay equity and wage and hour class actions, including her recent major wins for Microsoft and Twitter in closely-watched gender bias cases.
Lynne also discussed the challenges and rewards of remote working during the Covid-19 crisis, including enjoying the extra time with her husband and her son, who has been studying from home while in law school. Lynne also told the publication that the crisis has generated demand from companies facing unique litigation and workplace challenges.
“On the professional side, we experienced an immediate client need for information regarding the pandemic’s impact on the workforce, with fast breaking and changing guidance coming from all fronts. Now that we’re over that initial hurdle, litigation seems to be coming back with full steam,” Lynne said in the profile.
