London capital markets partners Ed Dyson and Ed Lukins, supported by managing associates Charles Sheldon and Charlotte Osborne, advised Hamak Gold Limited (LSE: HAMA), a British Virgin Islands registered gold exploration company with a licence portfolio in Liberia, on its initial public offering and admission of 20,833,000 ordinary shares to listing on the standard segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the main market for listed securities of London Stock Exchange plc.
