Orrick Represents PayPal Ventures on Investment in LayerZero Labs

Orrick advised PayPal Ventures on its investment in the $135 million Series B financing of LayerZero Labs, a Canada-based company that is developing a protocol which aims to connect decentralized applications across multiple blockchains such as Bitcoin, Ethereum and Solana. The investment was co-led by Sequoia Capital, Andreessen Horowitz and FTX Ventures. Other investors included PayPal Ventures, a Digital Currency Exchange (U.S.) Ventures, Tiger Global and Uniswap Labs.
