Congratulations to Young Lee who has been chosen as a 2022 Rainmaker by the Minority Corporate Counsel Association (MCCA). MCCA’s annual Rainmakers list honors talented diverse attorneys who also have valuable client development skills and have achieved success through innovative, consistent and proactive business development.
Young is a partner in Orrick’s Energy & Infrastructure Group and is a member of the firm’s Board. She has been involved in many of the largest U.S. PPP transactions that have achieved financial close in the past several years, including the multibillion-dollar redevelopment and expansion of JFK International Airport and associated infrastructure, LaGuardia Airport’s Terminal B Redevelopment Project, the financing of the Midtown Tunnel/Downtown Tunnel/MLK Freeway Extension Project in Virginia, the I-95 Express Lanes Project, the 33-year PPP concession for a central utility plant serving the Fresno State campus at California State University, and the $660M Capital Beltway Express Lanes Northern Extension project.
Young is the fourth Orrick partner in the last five years to have been named to the MCCA Rainmakers list, joining fellow partners Lorraine McGowen (Restructuring), Will Stute (Trials) and Aravind Swaminathan (Cybersecurity & Privacy).
