Orrick advised Oportun Financial Corporation (Nasdaq: OPRT), a mission-driven fintech and digital banking platform, on a $150 million senior secured term loan facility provided by funds managed or sub-advised by Neuberger Berman Specialty Finance. The proceeds of the facility will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes, including to support future securitization and warehouse line financings.
