We advised Zamaz (LSE: ZAMZ) on its direct listing and application for admission of 708,059,435 ordinary shares to listing on the standard segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange’s Main Market.
Zamaz is a technology driven e-commerce business that originates, acquires or licenses, operates and scales small and medium-sized brands with category-winning products on global marketplaces.
