Orrick Advises Shipamax on Its Acquisition by Wisetech Global

Congratulations to our client Shipamax on its sale to Wisetech Global, developer of logistics execution software CargoWise.

Shipamax, an AI-powered data entry software provider for the shipping & logistics industry, will be integrated into Wisetech’s CargoWise offering with the aim of providing freight operations customers with a single, easy-to-use AI platform. Financial terms were not disclosed.
