Congratulations to partner Clem Roberts on being named one of the Daily Journal’s top intellectual property lawyers of 2024. This is the second year in a row and the third time overall that Clem has been recognized as a top IP lawyer by the publication.

In this feature article, Clem, who serves on Orrick’s Management Committee and previously co-led the firm’s global IP practice, was cited for his leadership of the litigation teams representing Altice USA in a pair of copyright infringement lawsuits brought by record labels, as well as successfully defending mobile game maker Zynga against patent infringement claims in a trial last fall.

The article also noted Clem’s insights into the overall IP practice’s busy docket and its string of wins over the past year.
