PCF Insurance Services, a top 20 U.S. insurance brokerage, has acquired four insurance businesses based in Iowa, Mississippi, North Carolina and Pennsylvania.

Just last month, PCF Insurance Services acquired two other insurance businesses, based in Georgia and Texas. Orrick advised PCF on those transactions, as well.
PCF Insurance is committed to accelerated and strategic expansion through M&A, said Brooke K. DeWyze, PCF’s Chief Development Officer.
“Our approach to M&A enables us to grow our operations in key markets – based on our analysis for growth potential and alignment with our current footprint – while ensuring that each new business that we integrate aligns with our long-term vision and enhances our capabilities and specialization in key industry verticals,” DeWyze said.
In May, PCF announced its acquisition of Encore Advisors in Georgia and All Star Insurance in Texas.
Leah Recht and Zac Padgett led the teams that advised PCF Insurance Services. The team also included Derek Jones, Stephen Chao, Catherine Conners, Yuan Tian, Victor Oriard, Lisa Bowman, Jason Flaherty, Peter Elias, Sarah Schaedler and Shannon Yavorsky.
