SAP Agrees to Acquire WalkMe for $1.5B, Enriching SAP’s Business AI Solutions

SAP SE (NYSE: SAP) will acquire WalkMe (NASDAQ: WKME), a leader in digital adoption platform solutions, in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately US $1.5 billion. WalkMe’s solutions help organizations navigate constant technology change by providing users with advanced guidance and automation features that enable them to execute workflows seamlessly across any number of applications. The transaction, subject to customary closing conditions, is expected to close in the third quarter of 2024.
