American Lawyer’s California Legal Awards Recognize Shannon Yavorsky and Clem Roberts for Tech and IP Achievements

  • The Recorder has named partner Shannon Yavorsky among its 2024 Women Leaders in Tech Law winners in the regulatory category in this year’s California Legal Awards. Shannon co-leads the firm’s AI practice and leads our global Cyber, Privacy & Data Innovation practice. She is recognized for her pioneering work helping clients across the AI tech stack and beyond navigate novel questions around AI adoption and strategy. Shannon is also recognized for her leadership in the community, training in-house teams on emerging issues in AI law, working with professional groups focused on AI and digital transformation and advancing women in tech.
  • The publication also named partner Clem Roberts a finalist for IP Lawyer of the Year. Clem has served as first chair trial lawyer in major patent litigation over the past several years, heading a team that has secured multiple wins for Sonos in its patent battle with Google and a trial win for Zynga last year in Texas. The winners will be announced Oct. 15.
