Congratulations to Orrick’s Leslie Krusen on his selection to The Bond Buyer's 2024 Rising Stars list, which recognizes leading municipal finance professionals under the age of 40. Les is the firm’s ninth consecutive lawyer named to The Bond Buyer’s Rising Stars series, which launched in 2016.
The Bond Buyer recognized Les for his work as bond counsel, disclosure counsel and underwriters’ counsel on public and privately placed tax-exempt and taxable debt with a focus on waste-to-energy and solid waste project financings, utility and airport projects, municipal securitizations and governmental projects in the Pacific Northwest, Alaska and around the country.
Recently, Les was part of the Orrick team that represented the Burbank-Glendale-Pasadena Airport Authority as bond and disclosure counsel on $724.78 million in bonds to help finance construction of a new passenger terminal.
