Daily Journal Names Jim Kramer a Leading Commercial Litigator

• Partner Jim Kramer has been recognized as a Leading Commercial Litigator of 2025 by the Daily Journal.
• The publication cited Jim’s string of courtroom success in securities litigation over the past year for major companies such as Meta and Zocdoc. This included a precedent-setting decision in Delaware for Meta establishing important protections for D&O fiduciary obligations under Delaware law.
