Orrick Adds Another Restructuring Advisor – This Time in London

• Praveen “Prav” Reddy joins Orrick as a partner on its London Restructuring team.
• Prav acts for office holders, creditors, debtors, private equity funds, banks and distressed companies in cross-border restructurings. He also advises on insolvency litigation and brings deep experience in office holder driven contentious work including fraud, undervalue, preference, misfeasance and avoidance actions.
• His recent experience includes acting for Alvarez & Marsal Europe LLP on the administration of an international mining company, which achieved a solvent exit, and the joint liquidators of the UK pharmacy chain Lloyds Pharmacy Ltd.
• Prav joins the firm from Katten Muchin Rosenman, along with a team that includes of counsel Mark Johnson and managing associate Dominique Hodgson.
• His arrival follows the February addition of New York restructuring advisor Manny Grillo.
