Orrick advised Panther Metals plc (LSE: PALM) on its London Stock Exchange Main Market placing and associated secondary prospectus.
THE COMPANY
Panther Metals is an exploration business focused on the discovery of commercially viable mineral deposits in Canada.
THE IMPACT
The secondary prospectus associated with the transaction was published on 25 February 2025, and 910,000 new ordinary shares are expected to be admitted to listing on the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange on 28 February 2025.
