Orrick advised Cobra Resources plc (LSE: PALM) on its London Stock Exchange Main Market placing and associated secondary prospectus.

THE COMPANY

Cobra Resources plc is a mineral exploration and development company advancing a potentially world-class ionic Rare Earth Elements discovery at its Boland Project in South Australia.

THE IMPACT

The secondary prospectus associated with a £1.7 million capital raise was published on 20 March 2025, following the passing of associated resolutions by shareholders on 4 March 2025, and 77,992,439 new ordinary shares are expected to be admitted to listing on the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange on 25 March 2025.
