Orrick Advises HIG WhiteHorse on the Unitranche Financing Made Available to CCE Group

Orrick has advised H.I.G. WhiteHorse, a private credit affiliate of global investment firm H.I.G. Capital, on the provision of a new unitranche financing for CCE Group, a portfolio company of private equity firm Hivest Capital Partners.

Based in Paris, France, CCE is an aeronautic platform which focuses on developing companies with leading positions in niche markets within the Cabin & Cargo Equipment space. The new financing will provide enhanced flexibility to accelerate CCE’s strategic ambitions and its vision to be an integrated cabin and cargo market leader.

The Orrick team advising H.I.G. comprised Igor Kukhta (Partner) and Martin Jouvenot (Associate) on the financing aspects; and Cécile Mariotti (Partner) and Maïten le Brishoual (Senior Associate) on the tax law aspects.
