Raghav is an IP litigator, with a focus on high-stakes patent litigation.
Raghav regularly serves as counsel in intellectual property lawsuits involving cutting-edge technology. Recently, he has helped secure a $178 million patent infringement verdict for a Bay Area pharmaceutical client, successfully defended an innovator in the field of anemia treatment against trade secret misappropriation claims, defended patents on foundational fusion protein technology in IPR proceedings brought by biosimilar makers, and assisted in obtaining a favorable outcome for his client in a high-stakes case involving CAR-T therapies. He has experience with cases involving small molecules, pharmaceutical formulations, and biologics.
In addition to his life sciences docket, Raghav leverages his facility with computer technology to litigate patent and trade secret cases involving web development, video games, and wireless technology. He has assisted numerous emerging and venture-funded companies across industry sectors.
Raghav also maintains an active pro bono practice, representing asylum seekers and inmates seeking compassionate release.
Raghav holds a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from the University of California, Davis, and a J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley. He clerked for the Honorable James Donato of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California and the Honorable Jane Kelly of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
