Neetu has comprehensive experience in antitrust law, covering merger control, enforcement and compliance for both domestic and international clients.

Neetu’s practice encompasses merger control and foreign direct investment, having represented clients in several big-ticket cases requiring complex remedies. She provides guidance on compliance and conducts a range of behavioural investigations for clients across multiple sectors.

Before joining Orrick, Neetu was part of the top-tier competition practice at one of India's largest law firms.

    • Advised Aptean on its acquisition of Logility.
    • Advised UBS Group and Credit Suisse on UBS’ acquisition of Credit Suisse (India leg).
    • Advised Metro AG on their divestment of Indian business.
    • Advised ChrysCapital on the acquisition of shareholding in Intas Pharmaceuticals Limited.
    • Advised Reliance Retail on its acquisition of Future Group.
    • Advised ZF Friedrichshafen on its acquisition of WABCO in India.
    • Advised L&T on its acquisition by Schneider and Temasek.
    • Advised Walmart on its acquisition of Flipkart in India and defended the merger clearance before the appellate tribunal.
    • Advised Vodafone on its merger with Idea Cellular in India.
