Hayden represents founders and emerging growth companies throughout all stages of a startup's lifecycle. This includes advising on formation, financings, corporate governance, and more. He also advises venture capital funds and other strategic investors on their investments in private companies.
Hayden brings a passion for guidance and excellence to Orrick. He developed these skills over a decade of coaching high-performance distance runners, including national champions and Olympic Trials qualifiers, both as an NCAA Division I coach and through his own small business: Railroad Athletics.
