Matt focuses on debt finance matters, advising lenders and corporate borrowers on a variety of commercial financing transactions.
Matt has experience in both secured and unsecured financing transactions, including syndicated transactions, asset-based financings, private equity acquisition financings, cross-border transactions and refinancings. Entrenched in the private credit space, he often works with nonbank lenders to deliver alternative financing solutions to mid-market borrowers.
Matt was a summer associate in the firm's New York office in 2022 and previously worked as a Law Clerk in the Banking & Finance group.
