Darien Lo is an associate in the General Litigation group. Darien focuses on complex civil litigation, with a particular emphasis on employment and securities cases.
Darien represents clients in complex litigation matters in both federal and state courts, including California, Texas and New York state courts. He represents clients ranging from individuals to retailers and financial services companies. Darien has extensive experience defending clients in fraud, breach of fiduciary duty and breach of contract cases.
Darien is also active in pro bono matters, primarily focusing on his work with the San Francisco Homeless Advocacy Project, which assists homeless clients with recalling bench warrants.
