Join us for an exclusive "Ask Me Anything" hybrid seminar where Orrick lawyers will be available to answer all of your legal questions regarding startups in the U.S. and Japan.

The event will feature Joseph Perkins, a U.S.-qualified partner in our Silicon Valley office visiting Tokyo during the session, who has been actively connecting Silicon Valley and Japan through his numerous experiences representing technology companies and venture capital investors on both sides, and Hiroki Sugita, a U.S. and Japan-qualified partner in Orrick’s Tokyo office, who particularly focuses on cross-border transactions involving Japanese corporations and startups looking for venture capital investment and overseas expansion.

Whether you're an entrepreneur, investor, or part of a startup team, this hybrid seminar is designed to provide you with the latest and most relevant information to help you navigate through the complexities of the relevant laws in the respective countries.
