Natasha represents clients on cross-border transactions and domestic matters providing general commercial, intellectual property, IT and data privacy advice across a broad range of sectors. With a focus on emerging technologies including artificial intelligence, Natasha regularly advises clients on the launch of new services.

Before moving into private practice, Natasha spent five years in the in-house legal team of a global brand management company. Since moving into private practice, she has spent time as deputy general counsel on secondment to a global data and insights company.

  • IT / Data Privacy

    • Advised UK and European entities on their EU and UK data privacy obligations, and drafted their internal data privacy policies.
    • Advised UK and US clients on data privacy implications of cross-border transactions.
    • Drafted online terms and conditions of sale (B2B and B2C), website terms and conditions of use, privacy and cookie policies.

    Intellectual Property

    • Managed global trade mark and domain portfolios.
    • Acted for claimants and defendants on trade mark and design infringement matters.
    • Reviewed POS materials, advertising and brand campaign materials (including drafting competition terms and conditions), handbooks, product catalogues, and websites.

    Commercial

    • Drafted, negotiated and reviewed license, distribution, franchise, agency, services, reseller, consultancy, sponsorship, and manufacturing agreements.
    • Drafted terms and conditions of sale and purchase.

    Venture Capital / Equity Growth

    • Acted for Atomico on the $35 million series B2 financing of Peakon APS.
    • Acted for Marlin Equity Partners on closing its acquisition of minority interest in SmartCredit Limited (t/a "SmartSearch").
    Corporate
    • Acted for Flatfair on closing its $11 million series A fundraising led by Index Ventures.
    • Acted for Cloudpipes Group Ltd and its shareholders on the completion of its sale to Quickbase UK Ltd.
