Orrick advised Pitney Bowes, a NYSE-listed company, in its sale of its Tacit Knowledge digital commerce solutions business to Grid Dynamics. As a part of the acquisition, Tacit Knowledge’s team of more than 180 employees across the UK, Mexico, Moldova, and the United States will join Grid Dynamics. The acquisition was financed using Grid Dynamics’ available cash reserves. Financial terms were not disclosed.
