The Deal Flow Dashboard is an interactive analytics tool that gives Orrick’s tech companies lawyers access to bespoke market data, enabling them to deliver distinctive commercial advice.
Via the Dashboard, Orrick’s team draws on insights derived from five years of venture capital deal data on 80+ decision factors, yielding 10,000+ data points that can be analyzed through hundreds of permutations. The tool was designed by our European tech lawyers in partnership with Orrick Labs.
Orrick continues to publish our Deal Flow report for the market, our analysis of venture capital and growth equity investments our clients completed in Europe over the past year, with Deal Flow 4.0 published this past March. Orrick’s Deal Flow 2.0 report was recognized at the FT Innovative Lawyers Europe Awards in 2022.
