Lisa has represented some of the biggest players in the energy industry, with a practice focus on project finance in the conventional power and renewable energy sectors.

Lisa has significant experience in the renewable energy sector, including with respect to wind, solar (utility scale and distributed generation), storage, and waste to biofuel projects. 

She regularly represents project developers and investors in energy project finance transactions, including tax equity and debt financing, preferred equity financing, joint ventures, private placements, and a broad range of corporate matters.

Lisa is on the Board of the San Francisco Bay Area Chapter of WRISE (Women of Renewable Energy and Sustainable Industries), and also has an active pro bono immigration practice representing undocumented victims of crime in obtaining U visas.  Prior to practicing law, Lisa was a senior analyst with a policy consulting firm.

    • A private equity investor in the preferred equity financing of a distributed generation solar portfolio.
    • A utility developer in the tax equity financing of a 150 MW solar project.
    • One of the world's largest independent power producers in the tax equity financing of a distributed generation portfolio.  
    • A global offshore wind developer in joint ventures to develop 2 U.S. offshore wind projects.
    • A solar developer in the construction financing of a six project portfolio of 2.3 GWdc of solar with 1.8 GWh of storage (Project Finance International ESG Deal of the Year 2021, Proximo North America Solar Deal of the Year 2021).
    • A solar developer in the construction financing of community solar and C&I portfolio asset portfolios.
    • A utility developer in the construction financing of a 431 MW portfolio of three solar projects.
