Rob Wasserstein is a Managing Associate in the Complex Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group.
Rob has experience representing corporations in all stages of litigation, including pre-suit demands, motions to dismiss, fact and expert discovery and depositions, summary judgment, trial preparation, and trial.
Throughout his time at Orrick, Rob has maintained an active pro bono practice, largely focused on representing individuals who are incarcerated. Prior to joining Orrick, Rob Wasserstein worked as a pro bono fellow at the New York Legal Assistance Group, where he focused on impact litigation.
