Rena will share her insights and expertise on how some arbitral institutions have adopted rules enabling arbitral tribunals to make a determination of points of law or facts at an early stage of the proceedings. Are such rules desirable and used in practice? What are the conditions for granting an early determination? These are some of the questions that will be discussed at that session.
