This will be the sixth edition of Orrick’s Founder Legal Boot Camp in our Düsseldorf office, – again together with RWTH Innovation, WHU Entrepreneurship Center and TUM Venture Labs.

We share lessons learned from working with countless start-ups and focus on, amongst others: founder equity split, setting-up the company, start-up financing, employee participation programs, tax pitfalls as well as data privacy, IP and employment law must haves – augmented by additional workshops on topics such as U.S./German holding structures/flips, university spin-offs, and legal aspects to be considered when creating AI business models.
